Our Founders
A shared passion for helping hard-working people facing difficult situations saw Simon and Wei establish Debt Busters
more than 15 years ago. They believe that everyone deserves a fighting financial chance, and are passionate about
providing individualised service and professional debt relief assistance.
Simon
After working in finance broking for credit impaired clients, Simon wanted to help people in even more challenging financial situations. When he’s not helping people to achieve financial freedom, Simon loves cycling and indulging his sweet tooth (but not at the same time).
Wei
With a background in marketing and customer service, Wei relishes helping people in challenging financial situations. When he’s not fighting the good fight for his clients, Wei loves reading, gaming and enjoys all the culinary delights that life has to offer.

As a Business Support Officer, I work with the team internally by providing with sound advice and support. I pride myself on having an empathetic ear and being non-judgmental when my team members share their struggles. When I’m not at work, I enjoy indulging my passion for music.

As someone with a passion for helping others, I immediately fell in love with helping others overcome their financial struggles. My personal motto is that every tragedy and triumph has made me into who I am today.
