Meet Ethel,
Creditor Liaison Officer

Greetings. My name is Ethel and I am a Credit Liaison Officer at Debt Busters. I was born and raised in the Philippines where we learn to smile even through the most difficult situations. We believe there is always hope and a new beginning. It is an honour to represent a company that offers hope to people going through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

My five years in banking and finance have exposed me to many different situations. I previously worked as an Acquisition Officer facilitating and evaluating credit card applications. Now, as a Credit Liaison Officer at Debt Busters, I collect and compile client debt information and help build relationships between clients and creditors. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which taught me the importance of understanding what someone is going through and the different ways to support them. Working here has aligned me with values that focus on genuine care and excellent service by finding ways to help clients overcome what they are facing.
