Client Support Officer

Hi, I’m Diana, a Client Support Officer at Debt Busters.

At Debt Busters, I help clients work through tough financial situations with clarity, empathy, and practical support. I’m often the first person they speak to, and I make sure they feel genuinely heard and supported right from the start.

I studied Business Management majoring in Finance and Mass Communication in the Philippines, and later completed my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care here in Australia, where I’ve proudly made my home since 2018. Over the years, I’ve worked in finance, credit assessment, customer service, education, and childcare. These roles have strengthened my communication skills and helped me connect naturally with people from diverse backgrounds and different life experiences.

My experience working in one of the Middle East’s largest banks as a Branch Sales and Service Officer in the Retail Banking Group, as well as my role as a Credit Assessor in financial services in Australia, has given me firsthand insight into the challenges people face when dealing with debt and financial budgeting. Because of that, I approach every client with patience, respect, and a genuine desire to help them find a way forward.

The biggest value I try to bring to my clients is comfort and confidence. I’m here to listen, understand their situation, and talk through solutions that genuinely support them. I believe care doesn’t stop after the first conversation. That’s why regular check-ins and follow-ups are so important to me. They reassure clients that our support is real, ongoing, and rooted in genuine concern for their financial and emotional wellbeing.

What I love most about working at Debt Busters is the meaning behind the work. I wake up each day knowing I can make someone’s life easier, help someone breathe a little better, or show someone that they’re not alone on their journey to becoming debt-free. I end each shift knowing I made a difference, no matter how small. Even the small wins matter. I also love that everyone in the team shares the same passion and goal. From the co-founders and leadership team to every department, the support is endless and always within reach.

Outside of work, I’m a mum to two amazing adult sons back in the Philippines and a devoted partner to my fiancé. When I’m not at my desk helping people reach financial freedom, you can usually find me in the kitchen cooking, reading a book, or singing at karaoke. Fun fact: I come from a family of really good singers.

I’m also a big photography lover. I enjoy capturing landscapes, chasing sunrises and sunsets, and sharing my shots online. This passion has taken me to beautiful places around the world and is my favourite way to relax, explore, and soak in the moment.
